 Ignacio
born in Spain, this artist is multitalented and is the one in charge
of many different things in EL SOL. He constructed the wooden houses
and the furniture. At this time in his life, he is dedicated to
his great fondness: Cooking! He discovered his cooking talent when
he was very young. His creative style now includes countless dishes
from the Mediterranean, Middleamerican and German kitchens. He also
has become a vegetarian food specialist with great success.
All the foods used by him are of best and freshest quality.

 Javier
The teenage son of both takes care of the "fun" offered at EL SOL. In
only four years of being in this marvelous country, he has completely
adopted to the wide range of biodiversity. Javier is an expert guide over
the trails in EL SOL and during horse-back-riding excursions. He very
much enjoys painting, and entertaining the children who come to visit
EL SOL. Javier speaks fluent Spanish and English.

There are no labels for the massage treatments Elisabeth gives.
Her techniques are intuitive, and there is nothing comparable because
she has developed her knowledge to be able to make everybody feel
“like never” after one of her treatments. Elisabeth also is a wonderful
storyteller in any one of the four languages she speaks fluently.
